(a) The Division of Youth Services shall provide special diets to youths:

1. (1) If the special diet is prescribed by a:

   1. (A) Treating physician;
   2. (B) Dentist; or
   3. (C) Responsible health official; and
2. (2) Who have designated religious beliefs or dietary requirements.

(b) The division shall ensure that special diets:

1. (1) Are kept as simple as possible; and
2. (2) Reasonably conform to foods served to all other juveniles.
