The Family Service Worker will:

1. (1)

   1. (A) Accompany the officer arresting an individual for interference with custody.
   2. (B) Take the minor into temporary Department of Human Services custody pending further proceedings from a court of competent jurisdiction; and
2. (2) Contact an Office of Chief Counsel attorney immediately.
