The Family Service Worker in Arkansas will:
(1)
- (A) Provide monthly supervision of the child.
- (B) Supervision must include face-to-face visits with the child at least once each month and beginning no later than thirty (30) days from the date on which the child is placed, or thirty (30) days from the date on which the receiving state is notified of the child’s placement, if notification occurs after placement.
- (C) A majority of visits must occur in the child’s home;
- (2) Complete a written supervision report, using ICPC-90, at least once every ninety (90) days following the date of the receipt of the ICPC-100B;

- (A) Send the reports to the ICPC Liaison every ninety (90) days, or as often as requested on the ICPC-100A.
- (B) The ICPC Liaison will then forward the reports to the ICPC Central Office;
(4)
- (A) Notify the ICPC Central Office, immediately, if problems or changes with placement occur.
- (B) If significant issues of concern are identified during a face-to-face visit or at any time during a child’s placement, the receiving state shall promptly notify in writing the ICPC Central Office in the sending state; and
- (5) Key the case type in CHRIS as “ICPC” for the child placed in Arkansas from another state.
