The FSW will:

1. (1) Conduct a CHRIS history search prior to initiation of investigation unless the report is received after hours or during the weekend or a holiday;
2. (2) If the reporter is named in the report, attempt to contact the reporter to gain additional information regarding the allegation prior to initiation unless the report is received after hours (inability to reach the reporter shall not prevent the investigator from initiating the investigation); and
3. (3) Make immediate telephone notification to the prosecuting attorney and law enforcement on Priority I reports.
