9 CAR § 31-902
Agency responsibilities
Arkansas Code § 9-28-403
(a) The agency’s written policies and procedures, specific to the transitional living program, shall include:
(1) Written rules of conduct and potential consequences for rule violations;
(2) Transportation for residents; and
(3) Medication management.
(b) Each youth in the transitional living program will be assigned a specific caseworker to complete casework services according to the case plan.
(c) The case plan shall be updated to reflect current goals.
(d) The case plan shall include a budget that is developed jointly by the youth and the caseworker.
(e) The case plan shall include written rules of conduct for the youth that include without limitation an agreement to abide by all federal, state, and local laws including curfew ordinances.
(f) Written policies shall include emergency and crisis intervention procedures, including the youth’s twenty-four-hour ability to contact the agency.
(g) The assigned caseworker shall:
(1) Visit the youth’s residence at least once per month; and
(2) Document the visit and any observations in the case record.
