The agency shall have written policies and procedures specific to the program, which shall include:
- (1) Written rules of conduct;
- (2) A plan for reduced supervision;
- (3) Transportation for residents;
- (4) Outside employment for residents;
- (5) Medication management; and
- (6) Social activities off-campus.
