9 CAR § 31-411 – Bathrooms

(a) The facility shall provide bathrooms for the children.
(b) There shall be a separate toilet, bathtub or shower, and sink for every six (6) children.
(c) There shall be an adequate supply of hot and cold running water.
(d) The bathroom shall be clean and sanitary.
(e) There shall be an adequate supply of:
1. (1) Soap;
2. (2) Towels; and
3. (3) Tissue.
