9 CAR § 31-409 – Grounds

(a) The grounds of the facility shall be kept clean and free of safety hazards.
(b) The facility shall provide sufficient outdoor recreation space for age-appropriate physical activities.
(c) Swimming pools shall be inspected and approved annually by the Department of Health.
