(1) In addition to all standards in 9 CAR § 31-201 et seq., the following standards shall be met.
(2) Agencies holding a psychiatric residential treatment facilities license shall provide treatment in a nonhospital setting to children who do not require acute care.
(b) A psychiatric residential treatment facility that is also licensed as a sexual rehabilitative program shall also comply with the standards found in 9 CAR § 31-1101 et seq.
