9 CAR § 30-316 – Transportation

(a) Foster families shall have their own transportation available.
(b) Any vehicle used to transport foster children shall be maintained in compliance with motor vehicle laws and be insured.
(c) Children shall be transported only by foster parents or persons approved by the foster parents who possess a valid driver’s license.
(d) Children shall be transported according to Arkansas law, including without limitation:
1. (1) Use of safety belts;
2. (2) Child safety seats; and
3. (3) Smoking restrictions.
