9 CAR § 30-207 – Volunteers and student interns

(a) The agency shall create a policy clearly defining the qualifications, duties, and supervision of volunteers and student interns.
(b) Volunteers and student interns will be supervised by an appropriate and designated staff person.
(c) A volunteer or student intern who works unsupervised and substitutes as staff shall meet the qualifications required for a paid employee in that position.
