(a)

1. (1) Federal and state law and regulation require that safeguard measures be in place to secure:

   1. (A) Federal tax information (FTI);
   2. (B) Personally Identifiable Information (PII);
   3. (C) Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS) information; and
   4. (D) Child support program information.
2. (2) Upon discovery of a possible improper inspection or disclosure of such information, employees shall follow Office of Child Support Enforcement procedures to report the incident to the appropriate authorities.
