Completeness determination

- (a) Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the initial application, the Southwest Central Regional Solid Waste Management District staff will make a completeness determination of the application.
- (b) Any additional information required by the district to decide on the need of the proposed facility will be requested during this time.
- (c) If additional information is requested by district staff, it will again make a completeness determination within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the additional information.
