8 CAR § 331-211 – Official records

(a)
1. (1) The Southwest Central Regional Solid Waste Management District will maintain:
  1. (A) Certified copies of every rule adopted by the Southwest Central Regional Solid Waste Management Board;
  2. (B) A copy of all other documents required to be filed by this subpart; and
  3. (C) Proof of all required filings.
2. (2) These copies shall be kept and maintained by the director or offices of the administrator for the district.
(b) A copy of each notice of rulemaking shall also be kept on file by the director or at the offices of the administrator for the district.
