- (a) Each entity of local government shall subscribe and pay annually a pro rata fair share of the cost of the Southwest Central Regional Solid Waste Management District’s operation and budget.
- (b) The methodology for support shall be determined as appropriate by the Southwest Central Regional Solid Waste Management Board.
