(a)

1. (1) Each grant recipient shall, until all grant funds are expended on a project, provide Southeast Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District staff with an annual report summarizing the activity of the project for that year.

2. (2) The annual report shall include the following:

   1. (A) Progress in the project;
   2. (B) An expense itemization for each grant award that lists:

(i) Each expenditure;

1. (ii) The date;

   1. (iii) Item purchased; and

      1. (iv) Price and name of vendor; and

   2. (C) Equipment purchases, which shall also include:

      1. (i) Copies of invoices;
      2. (ii) Purchase orders;
      3. (iii) Checks; and
      4. (iv) Other supporting documentation.
2. (3) Supporting documentation for all other purchases should be kept on file by each grant recipient for a period of five (5) years.

(b)

1. (1) Each grantee shall provide Recycling Activity Surveys for a period of five (5) years after a grant award to district staff due by August 1 of each year.

2. (2) The annual Recycling Activity Survey shall include the following information:

   1. (A) Tonnage and type of materials collected;
   2. (B) Revenues produced from the sale of materials collected; and
   3. (C) Total diversion savings calculated using total tons recycled multiplied by the local landfill tipping fee.
