(1) Regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the Southeast Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District will be held as determined by the board.
(2) The meeting date, place, and time shall be:
(A) Determined by the director; and
(B) Held at a place and time reasonably accessible to all board members.
(3) Meeting dates may be delayed or changed by the:
(A) Director;
(B) Board; or
(C) Executive committee.
(b) Special meetings of the board may be called at any time by:
(1) The chair;
(2) The director;
(3) Resolution of the board; or
(4) A majority of the executive committee.
(c) Appointed committee meetings shall take place on call of the chair of the committee.
(d) Written notice of regular and special board meetings shall be given personally or by mail to each member of record not less than two (2) days nor more than sixty (60) days prior to the meeting.
