(a)

1. (1) The Southeast Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District shall maintain:

   1. (A) A certified copy of every rule adopted by the Board of Directors of the Southeast Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District;
   2. (B) A copy of all other documents required to be filed by this subpart; and
   3. (C) Proof of all required filings.
2. (2) These copies shall be kept at the principal office of the district.
