8 CAR § 270-605 – Illegal dumping — Penalties

(a)
1. (1) Any person who violates any provision of 8 CAR §§ 270-601 – 270-605 is in violation of Sebastian County Regional Solid Waste Management District rules and is also guilty of a misdemeanor under Arkansas Code § 8-6-722.
2. (2) Upon conviction, the person shall be subject to:
  1. (A) Imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days;
  2. (B) A fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000); or
  3. (C) Both imprisonment and fine.
(b) Each day or part of any day during which a violation is continued or repeated shall constitute a separate offense.
