1. (1) Notice will normally be published on Wednesdays and shall run for three (3) consecutive days.

2. (2) The notice shall:

   1. (A) State the substance of the:

(i) Proposed new rule;

1. (ii) Modification of an existing rule; or

   1. (iii) Rescission of an existing rule; and
   2. (B) Provide information on obtaining a copy of the proposal from the Sebastian County Regional Solid Waste Management District.

2. (3) The notice shall inform the public of the time, place, and manner in which they may present their comments.

   1. (c) Notice shall also be mailed via first-class mail to:
3. (1) All persons who request advance notice, in writing, of any rulemaking by the district; and

4. (2) The Division of Environmental Quality.

   1. (d) Notice shall also be provided to the:
5. (1) Secretary of State; and
6. (2) Bureau of Legislative Research.
