- (a) Any applicant who submits an application for issuance of a solid waste hauler license for the subsequent year later than the last business day prior to the expiration of the applicant’s current solid waste hauler license or later than the last business day prior to December 31 of the current year, whichever is earlier, shall pay a late application fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) in addition to the fees required by 8 CAR § 252-205.
- (b) The late application fee shall not be required of an applicant for an initial solid waste hauler license regardless of when the initial application is submitted.
