- (a) Each applicant shall pay an application fee for vehicles of one (1) ton or less of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per vehicle and for vehicles larger than one (1) ton of fifty dollars ($50.00) per vehicle.
- (b) The issuance of a solid waste hauler license includes the inspection and permitting of one (1) vehicle used in the operation of the solid waste business.
- (c) The applicant shall additionally pay a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per vehicle for each vehicle of one (1) ton or less and of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each vehicle larger than one (1) ton for the inspection and permitting of the second and each additional vehicle.
- (d) Application fees are not prorated.
(e)
- (1) An applicant for an initial solid waste hauler license and/or vehicle permit shall pay the full-year fee regardless of when during a calendar year the license and/or vehicle permit is issued.
- (2) Provided, however, that a licensed solid waste hauler may pay a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) at any time during the year to transfer a vehicle permit from a vehicle taken out of service to a replacement vehicle.
- (f) The replacement vehicle shall be inspected and must comply with all requirements of this part before the transfer of the vehicle permit can be completed.
