- (a) A hauler’s license may be revoked, suspended, or terminated by the Pulaski County Regional Solid Waste Management District upon failure to comply with the provisions and requirements of this subpart, as well as failure to comply with any federal, state, local, or district statutes, laws, regulations, rules, and/or ordinances.
- (b) Prior to suspension, revocation, or termination, the district shall have notified the licensed hauler in writing of the intent to suspend, revoke, or terminate the license, the reasons therefore, and that the licensed hauler has had an opportunity for a hearing in accordance with district procedures.
(c) A license may be suspended, revoked, or terminated for the following causes:
- (1) A violation of this part;
- (2) A violation of any provision of federal, state, or local law;
- (3) A violation of any license condition; and
- (4) Misrepresentations or omissions on the license application.
