- (a) Arkansas Code § 8-6-722 provides that any person who violates this rule of the Pulaski County Regional Solid Waste Management District shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b) Upon conviction, the persons shall be subject to:
- (1) Imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days;
- (2) A fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000); or
- (3) Both imprisonment and fine.
