8 CAR § 230-102 – Purpose

(a) The purpose of the Pulaski County Regional Solid Waste Management District is the protection of the public health and the state's environmental quality through the development and maintenance of a solid waste management district for Pulaski County and the municipalities of:
1. (1) Alexander;
2. (2) Cammack Village;
3. (3) Jacksonville;
4. (4) Little Rock;
5. (5) Maumelle;
6. (6) North Little Rock;
7. (7) Sherwood; and
8. (8) Wrightsville.
(b) Further, the district shall serve to address the local exigencies, needs, and other requirements as are more clearly defined in Acts 1991, No. 752.
