(a) Authorization. Formation of the Pulaski County Regional Solid Waste Management District was authorized by Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission Minute Order 92-25, dated April 24, 1992, pursuant to Acts 1991, No. 752.
(b) Jurisdiction boundaries. The district shall encompass Pulaski County.
(c) Period of duration. The district shall continue to exist until dissolved or abolished:
(1) By unanimous agreement of the member jurisdictions; or
