A hauler’s license may be revoked, suspended, or terminated by the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District upon failure to comply with the provisions and requirements of this part as well as the failure to comply with any federal, state, local, or district statute or statutes, law or laws, regulation or regulations, rule or rules, or ordinance or ordinances.
