- (a) The grant recipient shall submit reimbursement documents to the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District staff for review and disbursement of grant funds to the grant recipient.
- (b) The district staff will check the submitted documentation and determine the appropriate amount for reimbursement to the grant recipient.
- (c) Expenses exceeding grant awards cannot be reimbursed to the grant recipient.
