As used in this part, the following definitions shall apply:

1. (1) “ADEQ” means the Division of Environmental Quality;
2. (2) “Board” means the Board of the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District;
3. (3) “District” means the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District;

4. (4) “Grant recipient” means the entity which has:

   1. (A) Had a grant application selected by the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District; and
   2. (B) Been notified by the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District that its application has received a grant award;
5. (5) “Solid waste” shall have the same meaning as the definition set forth in 8 CAR pt. 60, as presently adopted or subsequently amended; and
6. (6) “Solid Waste Management and Recycling Grant Program” means the grant program administered by the East Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District pursuant to the provisions of Arkansas Code § 8-6-615.
