(a) Fees shall be assessed as follows:

1. (1) A minimum fee of one hundred dollars ($100) is required and will license up to two (2) vehicles;
2. (2) An additional fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per vehicle per year will be assessed for the third and all subsequent vehicles up to a maximum fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000) annually; and
3. (3) Fees for new licenses or additional units will be prorated based on the number of full months remaining in the calendar year.

(b) Any hauler’s licensing application received by the Boston Mountain Regional Solid Waste Management District after the deadline imposed herein shall be assessed a penalty measured from fourteen (14) days after the due date as follows:

1. (1) One (1) to sixty (60) days late – twenty-five percent (25%) of the license fee;
2. (2) Sixty-one (61) to ninety (90) days late – fifty percent (50%) of the license fee; and
3. (3) Ninety-one (91) days and later – one hundred percent (100%) of the license fee.
