Penalties
Arkansas Code § 8-6-704
(a) Any person who violates this subpart shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b) Upon conviction, the person shall be subject to:
(1) Imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days;
(2) A fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000); or
(3) Both imprisonment and fine.
