Arkansas Code § 8-6-704
(a)
- (1) The Benton County Regional Solid Waste Management District shall maintain a certified copy of every rule adopted by the district.
- (2) This copy shall be kept at the principal office of the district.
- (b) A copy of each notice of rulemaking shall also be kept on file at the district.
