(a) For a period of five (5) years from the date that the grant allocation was received by the Benton County Regional Solid Waste Management District office, grantees shall provide the district with an annual Recycling Activity Survey report, as provided by the Division of Environmental Quality, summarizing:

1. (1) Tonnage of materials collected by the grant recipient; and
2. (2) Revenues produced by the sale of materials collected.

(b) The reports shall:

1. (1) Be filed with the district office annually on or before July 31; and
2. (2) Document recycling activities of the grantee for the period of July 1 of the previous year through June 30 of the current year.
