(a)
- (1) Any solid waste material recovery facility located within the Faulkner County Regional Solid Waste Management District shall pay to the district an amount equal to the per-ton fee amount in 8 CAR § 190-602 times the number of tons of solid waste handled.
- (2) Such fee will be paid according to the schedule listed in 8 CAR § 190-609.
- (b) Any waste handled by a solid waste material recovery facility that is delivered to a landfill within the district shall be exempt from the fees imposed by this section.
