8 CAR § 100-105
(a) Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace, a written hazard communication program for their workplaces which at least describes how the criteria specified in 8 CAR §§ 100-106 – 100-108 for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which shall include the following:

(2) The methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards:
(b) Multi-employer workplaces. Employers who produce, use, or store hazardous chemicals at a workplace in such a way that the employees of other employers may be exposed, for example, employees of the Building Authority Division working on site at another state agency, shall ensure that they have a hazard communication program developed and implemented which includes the following:
