(a) The Division of Environmental Quality may inspect any records required to be kept under this part during normal business hours including, but not limited to, the following:

1. (1) Copies of professional licenses, if applicable;
2. (2) Copies of certificates or licenses from another state, tribe, United States territory, or organization recognized by the division as substantially equivalent, if applicable; and
3. (3) Documentation of continuing education requirements pursuant to 8 CAR § 84-605.
