1. (a) Hazardous substance sites listed in this subpart are those:

   1. (1) That pose a potential substantial endangerment to human health and/or the environment; and
   2. (2) For which state funds have been approved to match or supplement federal funding for remedial actions pursuant to CERCLA.
2. (b) Criteria for listing a particular site is governed by 8 CAR § 83-104(c).
