- (a) Violation of any provision of this part, or of any order issued by the Division of Environmental Quality pursuant thereto, shall be considered a violation of this part and shall be subject to the penalty provisions of the Regulated Substance Storage Tank Program.
- (b) Civil Penalties, 8 CAR pt. 10, shall apply to enforcement actions taken under this part.
