(a)

1. (1) All information accepted by the Director of the Division of Environmental Quality as confidential shall be stored in locked filing cabinets.

2. (2) A person shall not have access to confidential information unless the person requires access to carry out his or her responsibilities under:

   1. (A) The Regulated Substance Storage Tank Program;
   2. (B) The Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund Act, Arkansas Code § 8-7-901 et seq.; or
   3. (C) This part.
