- (a) This subpart applies to all persons who are responsible for operating or maintaining underground storage tank systems in Arkansas as defined in 8 CAR § 80-702.
- (b) This subpart does not relieve the owner or operator, as defined in 40 C.F.R. pt. 280 and this part, from any legal responsibility mandated by federal and state underground storage tank laws and regulations.
