- (a) Third-party claims that have been reduced to judgment and for which payment is requested under 8 CAR § 80-408(c) shall be presumed reasonable under this subpart.
- (b) All settled third-party claims for which payment is requested under 8 CAR § 80-408(e) must be shown to be reasonable as compared to similar claims for compensatory damages.
