- (a) The Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund will provide reimbursement to eligible owners or operators of storage tanks for corrective action costs required to address accidental releases in an amount not to exceed one million nine hundred ninety-two thousand five hundred dollars ($1,992,500) per occurrence.
- (b) The owner or operator shall be responsible for the first seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500) of corrective action costs per occurrence.
