8 CAR § 80-1001

Severability

Arkansas Code § 8-7-802; Arkansas Code § 8-7-903

(a) The provisions of this part are severable.
(b) If any part of this part is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remainder of the part will continue to be valid and enforceable.
