The Division of Environmental Quality shall have the authority to enter upon the property of any owner or operator of an aboveground storage tank to obtain information, conduct surveys, or review records for the purpose of determining compliance with the requirements of the Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund Act, Arkansas Code § 8-7-901 et seq., relating to aboveground storage tanks prior to approval of a claim for reimbursement from the Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund.
