8 CAR § 64-803
Amount of commercial generator fee
Arkansas Code § 8-9-404; Arkansas Code § 8-9-414
The commercial generator fee shall be imposed at the rate of three dollars ($3.00) for each new tire that is sold or delivered to an end user that removes a used tire from the rim and replaces it with a new tire.
