(a) Except as otherwise provided in this subpart, a tire generator licensed or registered under this subpart shall maintain all documents related to its used tire duties for three (3) years.
(b) The documents maintained by the tire generator shall accurately reflect the:
(1) Used tire duties performed; and
(2) Collection and payment of all applicable rim removal fees.
(c) The documents shall be available for inspection by Division of Environmental Quality personnel, Department of Finance and Administration personnel, or both during normal business hours.
