- (a) A person shall not falsify or alter any e-manifest system data, whether on the paper Form TAP-11 or the e-manifest system form, provided by that person or any other person.
- (b) Any errors made or discovered by a person in the course of using the paper Form TAP-11 or the e-manifest system shall be reported in writing to the Division of Environmental Quality within three (3) calendar days after discovery.
