- (a) No new tire disposal facilities shall be permitted unless the applicant demonstrates that there is no feasible recycling alternative.
- (b) Tire disposal facilities shall be permitted, designed, constructed, and operated in accordance with the standards set forth in 8 CAR § 60-501 of the Solid Waste Management Rules, 8 CAR pt. 60.
