(1) After receiving written notification that site closure is complete, the Division of Environmental Quality shall inspect the site.
(2) If the closure is found to meet the terms of the approved closure plan and rules, the division shall approve the closure in writing.
(b) The Director of the Division of Environmental Quality or designee shall release the financial instruments within thirty (30) calendar days of the division approving closure.
