- (a) The owner or operator of a tire collection center shall record and maintain for three (3) years information regarding their activities, which shall be used to annually complete Form TAP-5 (Tire Collection Center and Processing Facility Annual Report) due by June 30 to the Division of Environmental Quality.
(b)
- (1) Records shall be maintained on site and available for inspection by division personnel during normal business hours.
(2) Activities to be recorded and maintained include at a minimum:
- (A) Any demonstration, certification, finding, monitoring, testing, or analytical data required;
- (B) Closure cost estimates and any monitoring, testing, financial assurance records, or analytical data;
- (C) Any other records required by this part; and
- (D) All records and schedules shall also be available for review.
